Our long-term partnership with Genesis Christian College has included branding projects, strategy work, marketing and communications campaigns, lead generation and tactical projects. By working collaboratively together over a long time, we have formed an outcomes-based relationship anchored in mutual respect and shared purpose.
Challenge
As one of north Brisbane’s premier co-ed independent schools, Genesis Christian College wanted an agency to help take their school to the next level—developing new brands, increasing enrolments and advancing staff culture. Our work with Genesis Christian College spans multiple projects and highlights how engaging an agency to work alongside the senior leadership and marketing teams helps to bring fresh perspectives, different skillsets and increased momentum to the school’s marketing and communications priorities.
The spark
Delving deep into the individuality of the college through customer insights has helped us craft a customer journey that not only attracts more enrolments but converts the right enrolments. With their strongly held values at the core of their enrolment strategy, the college continues to build their school community from families that want a school exactly like Genesis Christian College—resulting in a symbiotic relationship between students, parents and staff.

Schools are so multifaceted that we get to bring a lot of our different skillsets and capabilities to the party. From staff and parent workshops to tuckshop branding, we’ve worked with the Genesis Christian College team to deliver on briefs including—
- Brand values workshops: Running focus group research with college parents and staff
- Strategic plan communications: Formulating campaign to inform stakeholders of future vision
- ‘Eden Eats’ tuckshop brand: Creating name and design for communal tuckshop zone
- Radio campaign: Paid media campaign with lead generation outcomes
- ‘Fuel for School’ project: Logo and campaign materials for P&F-funded free breakfast program
- Staff internal communications: Culture development and alignment campaign
- Customer journey: Journey-mapping for strategic communication and enrolment growth
