The art of the reveal
Revelian is a unique player in the field of business talent identification and assessment. We told Revelian’s story by rolling out a suite of new brand tools and using a powerful visual metaphor to represent their clients' outcomes.
Challenge
Revelian needed to powerfully differentiate from its competitors. Through this project the organisation challenged us to align its brand more closely to its purpose and business objectives. The client also wanted to ensure that the rollout was staged to allow the flexibility to adjust and update their brand over time.
The spark
The Revelian brand story centres around the stories of their prospective customers—those who require business talent identification and assessment. Strategically, Revelian’s narrative guides these customers along a compelling journey. The intrigue and complexity of human behaviour is a fascinating topic that most of us explore throughout our daily life and work. Revelian uncovers the hidden, delves inside and goes beneath the surface to reveal the truth inside people, for businesses and organisations wanting to hire people well, and utilise them well.
As we refreshed their brand, we wrapped every element in the concept of ‘reveal’. The idea flows consistently throughout every aspect of the Revelian brand: we’ll start on the surface and delve deeper into the intrigue of human behaviour and insights for hiring and people management solutions.
Creative
The initial tranche of creative centred on brand development, website, collateral and exhibition development. Our creative team worked with developers and content specialists to build out a stronger and differentiated brand platform and materials. While the logo remains simple, strong and typographic, the visual elements have starring roles. Using filters, colours, photography and a myriad of striking design treatments, they show and tell how the company reveals its precious insights.

Outcome
After launching their rebrand, Revelian's market awareness grew and website analytics showed a sharp increase in visitation.
